Welcome to Andy's Management Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By engaging in our consultation services, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided: We provide professional consultation services in the field of logistics, real estate, e-commerce, and/or financial investments as agreed upon with the Client. The scope of services will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal before commencement.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Fees: The fees for our services are detailed in the consultation agreement or proposal.
2.2 Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in advance via PayPal.
.3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 Client Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 7 day notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of any fees already paid.
3.2 Provider Cancellation: We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly and offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing by the Client.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the consultation.
5.2 The Client acknowledges that the effectiveness of the consultation depends on their active participation and implementation of advice provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from our services.
6.2 To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation services.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, advice, and deliverables provided during the consultation remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use them for personal or internal business purposes only.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through court jurisdiction. The governing law will be that of Denton County, Texas.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the consultation agreement with 7 day written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in writing.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in our consultation services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
